JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor. Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening in any department that may include, but are not limited to, Live Receiving, Evisceration, Giblet Packout, Giblet Harvesting, Liver Harvesting, Paw Line, Reprocessing, Chiller Rehang, Tub Room, Halving, Master Pack I and II, Cut-Up, Wog Line I, II and III, Segment I and II, Wog Line Pack Out I, II and III. These positions work in a cold, hot, damp, humid, wet environment, must be willing to stand for 10 hours a day, must be willing to grasp, grip, twist, push, pull, bend and stoop occasionally. Must be willing to use knives or scissors to perform some jobs. Depending on customer needs some weekend and/or overtime time may be necessary.
