Working in the United States as temporary (nonimmigrant) worker
The H-2A Temporary Agricultural Program allows agricultural employers who anticipate a shortage of domestic workers to bring nonimmigrant foreign workers to the U.S. to perform agricultural labor or services of a temporary or seasonal nature.
If your application is approved, in order for you to come to the United States lawfully as a nonimmigrant to work temporarily, Büchel Foods must file a nonimmigrant petition on your behalf with USCIS1.
To fill out this form, you will need to know the following:
- You must be at least 25 years of age
- Driving experience of at least 3 – 4 years
- Don’t drink alcohol
- Must have a driver’s license (from your country)
